Delivery info
When you place an order we aim to proceed and deliver it to you in 5-10 working days. Due to excessive seasonal demand in April through to September, deliveries of timber can take up somewhat longer to arrive.
Delivery flat rate all UK – £115.00 plus VAT
Delivery date is normally arranged and confirmed just prior to scheduled despatch.
Return
To return an incorrect or faulty item, you must make us aware of this within 3 days of delivery. Once contact has been made by phone or email, we will arrange uplift which will be chargeable. We will then offer you a full refund or replacement item(s).
